Registration Fee

Participation in the AAOU 2024 conference will be face-to-face. A participant can present maximum two papers.

Papers that are not presented will not be included in the conference proceedings.

A certificate of participation will not be issued for papers that are not presented. A certificate of participation will be issued for the presenter.

Conference registration fees include:

  • Admission to scientific sessions
  • Conference materials
  • Tea/coffee and lunch
  • Social Programs
  • Dinner
  • Certificate of attendance


Payment can be made via online credit card or bank wire transfer. 

Online credit card payment 

  • You can pay your registration fee online by credit card via the Registration and Payment menu in the Paper Submission and Registration System. To register for the system, please click the New Registration button and fill out the registration form. You can log in to the system with your email and password after you have registered. Please use your registered account in your next logins.
  • You can make your payment via Visa and Mastercard. 
  • Please confirm with your bank that your credit card is open for USD payments so that you can pay USD with your credit card.

Bank Wire Transfer

  • All bank remittance charges are to be paid by the registrant.
  • The sender’s name should be the registrant’s name.
  • A copy of the receipt of the bank remittance should be sent to the Secretariat by e-mail (

Cancellation Policy

  • Written requests for cancellations must be sent via e-mail to 
  • All bank service charges and administration fees will be deducted from the registration refund.
  • No refunds can be made after the invoice has been issued.
  • All refunds will be made after the conference.
  • No refunds will be made after 30th August 2024.
